We could not ask for more help and a friendly welcome to the park. The rating is qualified due to close proximity to I-24, however, this is part of the appeal of the park. This park is recommended for a short stay or overnight. The park included some obvious long term renters, but well maintained and not junky. The pool was closed but appeared to be a good quality facility. We would return to the park only for overnight but recommend to all under these circumstances.

Good park for overnight from I-65. Just open, gravel sites with full hookups. Can be described as a Wal-Mart lot with full hookups. Park has a few long term rentals but primarily overnight stays. We would return on trip south.

Excellent park. Would be a 10 if it had sewer hook ups; however, dump site is easy to reach. Great short walk to beach. Easy drive to shopping, Pensacola Naval Air Station and many other portions of Florida Panhandle. Large level sites with privacy screens, firepits, clothes lines and wonderful staff. We enjoyed the dunes and beach. Great for biking in the entire area. This is our second trip to the park and we will return.

Great rural park with large sites and peaceful lake. No suggested for rigs over 40 ft. due to narrow access road but passable for all other RV's. Honor system for collection of fees. Good area around lake to walk, fish and just relax. Many campers from within 2 hours use park regularly but no long term stays. GPS not particular reliable but call park on way in and they will give directions.

Great small park for getaway. Sites backing up to river are best for view. One large circle, so all travel to bathhouse must pass through inner part of circle. But sites are spacious. Battleground is very interesting with a museum. Any rig over 40 ft. would find access difficult.

Great stop for an overnight. Several seasonal sites but well maintained and not crowded. Good lake for fishing and located in horse track. GPS access is difficult but management has coordinates.

An excellent park only 7 miles from Traverse City. Level sites, great lake view and friendly staff. The park is an Airstream membership park. Sites are rented on nightly basis when available. Sites or membership can be purchased, but one must own an Airstream. We will return.

Park well kept, can handle 40' rigs, great lake views and wide, level sites. Do not have sewer and long stay requires dumping. fire rings, nearby boat ramp, great hosts, and close to Grand Rivers for food and limited shopping.

Excellent for urban stay. Wonderful staff and level, well developed park. Recommend to anyone wanting to visit music city.

Wonderful small park. Rated slightly lower due to lack of water at sites although public water at shower house/restrooms at highest point in campground loop. Also, showers scalding hot and several campers complained to host. May be corrected soon. Would return but be prepared with full water tank.

A wonderful, small campground. Great River view. Perfect for quick weekend getaway. A few seasonal sites but well maintained. Would rate a 10 except limited 50 amp service.

OK for short stay. Summer is very busy with water park, auto racing etc. Very loud with many small children if that is your need. We found park OK but somewhat dated and very loud during auto racing.

No water at sites. Sufficient bathhouses and large sites. Well maintained park and numerous hiking trails. Will take reservations starting 4/1/2009. New Harmony town is wonderful and 2 miles from park. Would have rated higher if sites had included water supply. Only about 10 sites with 50 amp., others 30 amp service.

Typical state park. No reservations taken. Sloping site and water supply sometimes shared. Great lake location, Friendly staff, lodge, golf course and nearby restaurants. Busy in summer time for weekends.

We stayed over night. Limited access for big rigs due to narrow road and sharp turns. Limited number of sites that can be described as level. Told to disconnect water at 7 pm due to cold temps. Restroom closed during stay. Check in was not friendly. Can only recommend for overnight stay on longer journey.

It has excellent sites close to all shopping etc. Location is in the central portion of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Expect traffic and congestion. A good stop with a tow vehicle for access to national park. We would stay again.

I hate to tell everyone about this park, but I must share. There is a wonderful staff and hosts, and sites are private and larger. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach which is beautiful. It is located near all activities, Wal-mart, rental cars, restaurants etc. We will return for 2 weeks on next visit.

A Comfortable park. The horse park is great entertainment and close to other entertainment and tours in Lexington. We would have rated it higher except for slope to site making leveling difficult and the showers need modernization. Staff was very helpful and we would return. Be prepared for slope to sites.

Excellent location for outlet shopping and access to downtown. Well managed and friendly. Pet friendly with excellent pet playground for large and small dogs. We will return and enjoy summer with larger pool and music barn on site.

This is a good place with good service. The staff is friendly and helpful. Sites are level with full hook up, and Wi-Fi service is good. There are some long term tenants but the park is well maintained and close to fuel and fast food. I would stay here for quick stop.

Very clean and conveniently located park. Near interstate but very little noise from traffic or train. Owner was very attentive. Dog run was fun for our friends and spotless. Excellent park for stay visiting caves friends with good access to restaurants and interstate.

Very quite campground. Located near all outdoor activities and well maintained. Lack of sewer not a problem due to 5 land dump station. RV parking at Fairmount Hotel is good and sufficient. Parking at Lake Moraine is not adequate during peak time of day. Good location for Bannf due to congestion in Bannf. Also, easy access to Jasper Ice fields area.

Excellent location with river view. Sites were private with trees and camp store sufficient. All services were available. Our first stop in an RV and made much easier by management and nearby campers. We would stay several days if visit the area again.
